We would like to invite customers/clients of your organisation to be part of a study conducted to explore how NDIS clients and/or their carers have experienced support or help from their General Practitioner (GP) during their NDIS journey. This information will help make better decisions about how GP’s can help NDIS users in the future.
This study is conducted by 4th Year Medical Students from the Western Sydney University: Molly McKenzie, Beatrice Nguyen, Joshua Wong, and Edward Wallbrink. This research project is a part of the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery degree and is being completed under the supervision of Dr Lise Mogensen, Community Research Coordinator, School of Medicine, Western Sydney University.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could distribute the survey link to your clients and networks by forwarding this message and/or sharing it via social media. The links below are to the survey and includes the participant information sheet, which will provide a summary of study aims and details. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes. Please be assured that your client’s responses will remain anonymous throughout the survey.
